Tradewind Recruitment Agency is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner Level 3 / Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant early years team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children while developing your career in childcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

  • Plan and implement engaging activities that support learning and development.

  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress.

  • Support children's social, emotional, and physical development.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent.

  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine love for working with children.
