Job Description
Schools across West London are looking for confident and reliable General Cover Supervisors to support their teaching staff.
These roles are available on a long-term and day-to-day basis, with immediate starts available. Positions can be full time or part time, depending on the school. Working hours are typically 8:30am - 3:30pm.
Daily pay ranges from £100 to £120, depending on the school.
General Cover Supervisor - West London
* Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain focused and engaged with pre-set work
* Maintain positive behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policies
* Support students with their learning where appropriate
* Work across different subjects and year groups
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment

Experience and Person Specification:
* Previous experience working in schools is essential (e.g. Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Cover Supervisor, or similar)
* Confident classroom management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexible, reliable, and professional
* Approachable and supportive attitude
