Exam Invigilators - Summer Exams 2026 (May & June)
Location: Hammersmith and Fulham, West London
We are seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support our Summer 2026 examination period in May and June. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, short-term work in a school environment in Hammersmith and Fulham.
Registration: The registration process will begin at the start of March.

Key Responsibilities
As an Exam Invigilator, your duties will include:
* Preparing examination rooms in line with exam board regulations
* Ensuring exams are conducted in a quiet, secure, and compliant environment
* Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials
* Supervising candidates throughout the exam period
* Recording attendance and reporting any irregularities or concerns
* Following safeguarding, health & safety, and exam board procedures
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
* Be punctual, vigilant, and confident when working with students
* Have excellent attention to detail and follow instructions precisely
* Provide two professional references covering at least 6 months
* Hold a valid DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one
* Have the legal right to work in the UK
* Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
