Exam Invigilators - Summer Exams 2026 (May & June)
Location: Ealing, West London

We are seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support our Summer examination period taking place in May and June 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, short-term work within a school environment.

Registration: The registration process will take place at the beginning of March.

Key Responsibilities
As an Exam Invigilator, you will:

  • Prepare examination rooms in accordance with exam board regulations
  • Ensure exams are conducted in a quiet, secure, and compliant environment
  • Distribute and collect exam papers and materials
  • Supervise candidates throughout the exam period
  • Record attendance and report any irregularities or concerns
  • Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and exam board procedures at all times

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be punctual, vigilant, and confident working with young people
  • Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
  • Provide two professional references covering a minimum of 6 months
  • Hold a valid DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience as an exam invigilator is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
