Are you an experienced teaching assistant looking for an opportunity to make a lasting and meaningful impact each day? If so, this is the role for you!

SANZA Teaching Agency are currently supporting a large and inviting primary school in Waltham Forest. They are looking for a teaching assistant to support a small group of students with complex needs.

The role is full-time, starting early February 2026 until July 2026.

About you:

Must have previous experience supporting children with complex or additional needs in a primary school setting
Must exhibit patience, empathy, and strong communication and teamwork skills
Must be able to remain calm and positive in challenging situations
Must be willingness to learn and follow specialist strategies, and work under the direction/guidance of the wider school team
