A leading primary school in Ealing is seeking a Nursery Teacher to join their welcoming and inclusive early years team. The school's Nursery has a capacity for up to 60 children, with a mix of part-time and full-time places. You will work alongside another experienced Nursery Teacher to provide high-quality, EYFS-based learning in a nurturing, child-focused environment.

About the Role

As a Nursery Teacher in Ealing, you will plan, deliver, and assess creative, play-based learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. You will provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom where every child can develop key skills, independence, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and assess lessons following the EYFS curriculum

  • Provide engaging, play-based learning experiences that support all areas of child development

  • Work collaboratively with another Nursery Teacher and support staff to ensure consistent provision

  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers

  • Track and assess children's progress through careful observation

  • Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school's nurturing ethos

The Ideal Candidate

The school is seeking a Nursery Teacher who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with strong EYFS experience

  • Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Works effectively within a collaborative early years team

  • Is reflective and professional, supporting high standards of early years education

  • Has the ability to support up to 60 children in a busy Nursery setting
