Learning Support Assistant - Secondary Schools - Islington
📍 Location: Islington, North London
🕒 Full-Time | Term-Time Only
💰 £90-£105 per day (depending on experience)
Tradewind is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work across a variety of supportive and inclusive secondary schools in Islington.
This is a fantastic role for individuals who are passionate about helping students with additional needs thrive in mainstream classroom environments. Full training and support available.
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing individual or small-group support within lessons
- Working with students who have additional learning needs or EHCPs
- Supporting classroom activities and helping students stay engaged
- Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to monitor progress
What We're Looking For:
- Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic individuals
- Experience with young people in schools, tutoring or youth work
- A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Any experience with SEN is advantageous but not essential
