Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only (through to July 2026)
Hours: 8:15am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: £95 per day

About the Role
Are you seeking a rewarding role as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant in a supportive Secondary SEN School in Ealing?
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or aspiring SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly, inclusive school community from after half term in November through to the end of the academic year.
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you'll support secondary-aged students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism (ASC) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). You'll play a key role in helping students access learning, build confidence, and achieve personal goals in a positive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a variety of SEN, including Autism and PMLD
Support pupils' personal care, communication, and mobility needs where required
Work collaboratively with class teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver tailored learning support
Encourage engagement, independence, and confidence among students
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant who:
Has experience supporting children or young people with SEN (especially Autism and/or PMLD)
Demonstrates patience, empathy, and resilience
Can work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Communicates effectively with students, staff, and parents
Is eager to make a lasting impact in the lives of students with additional needs
