Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for enthusiastic and confident Unqualified Teachers to work within secondary schools in the Wellingborough area.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced educators without QTS who are passionate about supporting young people and gaining valuable classroom experience.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Support students with their learning and engagement
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learners
- Work closely with teaching staff and school leaders
- Contribute positively to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting
- Demonstrates strong communication and classroom management skills
- Is confident, adaptable, and organised
- Has a genuine passion for education and student development
- Is considering a future career in teaching or education
Previous school experience is desirable but not essential. Graduates and aspiring teachers are encouraged to apply.
