The Role

As a Student Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students
• Assist pupils with additional learning needs or behavioural challenges
• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Encourage student confidence, independence, and engagement in learning

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience working with children or young people (desirable)
• Are patient, empathetic, and resilient
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are passionate about supporting education and student development
• Can work effectively as part of a team
