Primary SEND KS2 Teacher

Salary: M1 - MPS4 (Inner London)
Location: North West London

This creative, holistic, and nurturing school is seeking a dedicated Primary KS2 Teacher to join their passionate team from September 2025.

This opportunity would be perfect for a mainstream-trained teacher with a strong interest in special education or inclusive teaching practices. The school offers a national curriculum-based approach in a small, supportive class setting - with just 8 pupils per class and a strong focus on individual learning needs and emotional well-being.

About the Role

  • Teaching a KS2 classfollowing the national curriculum, adapted to suit each pupil's learning needs.
  • Class size of 8 pupils, supported by experienced teaching assistants.
  • Creating innovative, creative and engaging lessonsin a holistic environment that values emotional development and personalised learning.
  • Working closely with therapists, SENCOs and families to support student progress.
  • Welcoming applications from ECTs up to MPS4- a fantastic school for professional development.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a passionate and inspiring teacher who:

  • Has QTS and experience teaching in a primary setting (mainstream or SEND).
  • Is creative, nurturing and adaptable, with a true passion for working with pupils with additional needs.
  • Brings strong behaviour management and a collaborative attitude.
  • Is enthusiastic about SEND and ready to make a difference in children's lives.
  • Has a reflective approach to teaching and is open to continuous professional development.
