Pay: £130-£160 per day (PAYE), paid in accordance with relevant experience, qualifications, skills and assignment requirements.
PA to Principal Opportunity
Tradewind Recruitment is working with a successful all-through school in North London seeking a professional, organised and proactive PA to Principal to provide high-level support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or senior administrator to play a key role within a busy school environment, supporting strategic leadership and contributing to the smooth operation of the school.

Role Summary
As PA to the Principal, you will provide professional administrative and organisational support, helping to manage priorities, coordinate activities and ensure effective communication across the school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Principal's diary, appointments and schedule.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare supporting documentation.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports and correspondence.
- Take accurate minutes and monitor follow-up actions.
- Act as a key point of contact for staff, parents, governors and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the organisation of school events, meetings and projects.
- Monitor key deadlines and ensure actions are completed on time.
- Liaise effectively with the Senior Leadership Team and wider staff.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing diaries, meetings and competing priorities.
- High levels of professionalism and discretion.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Desirable
- Experience working within a school, college or educational setting.
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
- Experience taking formal minutes and preparing reports.
Pay Information
- £130-£160 per day, paid weekly via PAYE.
- Pay rates are determined by relevant experience, qualifications, skills and the requirements of the assignment.
