The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the classroom teacher, ensuring students remain engaged, on task, and working in a positive learning environment. You will manage classroom behaviour, provide support where required, and report back to teaching staff at the end of each lesson.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience working with secondary-aged children or young people.

• Are confident managing behaviour and leading groups.

• Have excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Are adaptable, proactive, and able to think on their feet.

• Hold a degree or relevant experience (desirable but not essential).

• Have, or are willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
