Secondary School Supply Teachers - All Subjects

Location: Merseyside
Start Date: After February Half Term
Contract Type: Day-to-Day & Long-Term Supply

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Secondary School Teachers of all subjects to provide day-to-day and long-term cover across a range of secondary schools throughout Merseyside, starting after the February half term.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking for flexible work or longer-term placements in supportive school environments.

The Role:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)

  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

  • Adapting to different school settings and student needs

  • Opportunities for both short-term daily cover and long-term assignments

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

  • Enhanced DBS certificate (Child Workforce only) - on the Update Service or willing to apply

  • Previous experience teaching in UK secondary schools

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • A flexible, positive, and professional approach
