Supply Teacher - Northampton

Primary & Secondary | Flexible Supply Work | Via Tradewind Recruitment

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools in Northampton and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers who are seeking flexible work, whether on a day-to-day, short-term, or long-term supply basis.

The Role:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups and subjects

  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Ensuring pupils remain on task and engaged throughout the school day

  • Providing feedback to school staff at the end of each placement

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

  • Experience teaching in UK primary or secondary schools (ECTs welcome)

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • Flexibility, reliability, and a professional attitude

  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
