Tradewind Recruitment is working with secondary schools throughout Wandsworth to recruit enthusiastic day-to-day supply teachers from February 2026.

Perfect for teachers looking for flexibility while continuing to gain valuable classroom experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Covering classes across KS3, KS4 and KS5
  • Delivering structured, pre-planned lessons
  • Managing behaviour in line with school expectations
  • Supporting students' learning and engagement
  • Providing feedback where appropriate

We're seeking teachers who:

  • Hold QTS
  • Have recent UK secondary school experience
  • Are adaptable and confident in new environments
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management
  • Have (or are willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS
