Behaviour Manager - Secondary Schools (Lambeth)
Full-time | 5 days per week
We are seeking a committed and resilient Behaviour Manager to work across a number of inclusive and supportive secondary schools in Lambeth. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone passionate about positive behaviour, student wellbeing, and making a meaningful difference in young people's lives.
The Role
As a Behaviour Manager, you will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour for learning and supporting students to re-engage with their education. You will work closely with senior leaders, pastoral teams, teachers, and external professionals to ensure consistent and effective behaviour strategies are in place.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
Managing behaviour incidents calmly and consistently in line with school policies
Delivering targeted interventions, mentoring, and restorative approaches
Building strong, positive relationships with students and staff
Supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom to remain engaged in learning
Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and respectful school environment
About You
Experience working with secondary-aged students, ideally in a behaviour, pastoral, or SEN-related role
Confident, calm, and consistent approach to behaviour management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and student development
Ability to work across different school settings and adapt to varied needs
