Key Responsibilities
- Supporting KS3 and KS4 students in the classroom
- Helping teachers deliver engaging lessons
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils needing extra help
- Supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Preparing classroom resources and assisting with lesson plans

- Degree-qualified (essential)
- Confident and professional in working with teenagers
- Patient, reliable, and proactive
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
- DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- A genuine interest in education and helping students succeed
