As we continue to grow, we now have Senior Consultant opportunities across Primary, SEN, and Secondary teams, offering genuine scope to develop, scale, or specialise your desk.

  • £35,000-£60,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your desk, build long-term client partnerships, and drive growth within your chosen specialism - Primary, SEN, or Secondary. You'll be supported by established leadership, strong infrastructure, and a collaborative, high-performance culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in education recruitment

  • Strong market knowledge and commercial awareness

  • Proven billing success and consistent performance

  • High resilience, strong work ethic, and ambition to progress

  • Values-driven approach with a commitment to outstanding service
