Job Title: Behaviour Mentor - Secondary Schools (Croydon)
Location: Various Secondary Schools across Croydon
Contract Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)
Start Date: Immediate or ASAP

We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated Behaviour Mentors to join inclusive and supportive secondary schools across Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a positive environment that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.
About the Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
Build strong relationships with students to encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
Support students who may present challenging behaviour, helping them develop emotional regulation and social skills.
Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and the SEN team to create tailored support plans.
Help promote a calm, safe, and inclusive school environment where every student feels valued and understood.
Act as a positive role model, fostering confidence, motivation, and respect.
About You:
Previous experience supporting young people in an educational or youth work setting is desirable.
A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach.
Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
A genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential.
The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
