Job Title: Full-Time Teaching Assistant - Secondary Schools (Bromley)

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, Term Time)

Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting students' learning both in and out of the classroom. You will work alongside experienced teachers, helping to deliver engaging lessons, support pupils with additional needs, and create a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide classroom and one-to-one support to students aged 11-16

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities

  • Support pupils with varying learning abilities, including those with additional needs

  • Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

  • Encourage students' confidence, participation, and progress
