Location: Northampton and surrounding areas
Pay: £90 per day

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are eager to begin or develop their career in education. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, stay engaged, and build confidence both academically and socially.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing support to pupils in lessons, both 1:1 and in small groups.
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Supporting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
Encouraging good behaviour and engagement through patience and positive reinforcement.
Assisting pupils in developing independence and confidence in their learning.
