Cover Supervisors - Ealing, London - Immediate Start

£100-£110 per day | Full-time and part-time roles available

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students in the absence of their teacher, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.

  • Deliver pre-set lesson plans and instructions left by the class teacher.

  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies.

  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and classroom engagement.

  • Uphold school values and promote a positive, inclusive learning culture.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with young people is desirable (e.g. as a tutor, TA, coach, mentor, youth worker).

  • Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills.

  • Ability to manage behaviour calmly and effectively.

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to safeguarding and supporting students.
