The Role

As an Art Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, inspiring art lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4
• Encourage students to develop their artistic skills and personal expression through a variety of media and techniques
• Use differentiated teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including those with diverse abilities and backgrounds
• Assess and provide constructive feedback to support student progress and achievement
• Contribute to extracurricular activities such as art clubs, exhibitions, and competitions

Person Specification / Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching Art in a UK secondary school setting
• Be confident in delivering creative lessons that inspire and engage
• Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
• Provide a CV covering the last 10 years of employment history where possible
