The Role

As a Dance Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver inspiring dance lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4
• Develop students' technical skills, creativity, and physical confidence
• Use a variety of teaching methods to engage learners of different abilities and backgrounds
• Prepare students for practical and theoretical assessments
• Support extracurricular dance activities including school performances and clubs

Person Specification / Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching Dance in a UK secondary school environment
• Be passionate about inspiring young people through dance and movement
• Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
• Provide a CV covering the last 10 years of employment where possible
