SANZA Teaching is working with a BEAUTIFUL, highly sought after nursery in West London featuring massive gardens, fruit & vegetable orchard, and Forest School onsite - offering HIGH PAY based on experience with review for increase after 12 weeks!

We're seeking passionate childcare assistants and early years professionals to work as key workers with toddlers in this exceptional nursery setting.

THE POSITION

In this childcare role, you'll be:

• Supporting toddler development through engaging indoor and outdoor learning experiences in our early years environment
• Working as a key worker in this outstanding nursery, building strong relationships with 1-2 year olds and their families
• Leading exciting Forest School activities and outdoor adventures in our stunning nursery grounds
• Planning and delivering age-appropriate early years activities that promote learning through play
• Collaborating with the nursery team to create a nurturing and stimulating childcare environment for young children
• Supporting children's daily routines including meals, naps, and personal care within our early years framework
• Maintaining detailed observations and assessments of children's progress in line with early years requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will have genuine enthusiasm for early years education and demonstrate resilience in working with energetic toddlers in this unique outdoor-focused nursery environment.

Essential qualities and background:

• Experience in childcare settings is ideal, particularly working with 1-2 year olds in nursery environments
• Genuine passion for working with children - particularly toddlers! in early years settings
• Passion for outdoor learning and Forest School approaches within childcare practice
• Resilience and positive attitude when managing challenging toddler behaviour in nursery settings
• Professional approach and warm, nurturing personality suited to early years childcare
• Creative and engaging approach to nursery-based early years education
