Early Career Teachers - Camden - Full-Time & General Supply Roles for September

Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to kick-start your teaching journey in a supportive Camden school?

Whether you're looking for your first ECT post, a long-term role, or flexible daily supply to gain wider experience, we can help you find the right fit.

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Early Career Teachers (QTS achieved or pending)

  • Passionate, energetic individuals eager to make a positive impact in the classroom

  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and a reflective approach to teaching

  • Confidence in planning, delivering, and assessing lessons, or willingness to grow into this with support

  • Commitment to inclusive education and building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families

  • Open to teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on school need

  • Available from September 2025
