Tradewind Recruitment is looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our team for full-time, long-term roles in mainstream secondary schools across Lewisham and South East London. These placements are to start immediately and will run until the end of the academic year, with potential for extension.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working closely with students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), providing one-to-one or small group support in the classroom. Your role will be to help remove barriers to learning and support students in reaching their full potential in a mainstream setting.

We're looking for individuals who:

• Have previous child-based experience (school, tutoring, youth work, etc.)

• Have supported students with SEND

• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to apply for one)

• Are reliable, flexible, and committed to making a difference in education
