High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire based school is seeking a Secondary Teaching Assistant to join their team this September and is considering experienced TA's, Graduates and professionals with child-based work experience.
As a Teaching Assistant in a secondary setting, you'll play a crucial part in supporting students across a range of subjects with mixed abilities and needs. Collaborating closely with teaching staff and the SENCO, responsibilities include:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Assisting with lesson delivery
- Supporting students with special educational needs
- Helping maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitoring progress and reporting to teachers
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals passionate about education who are considering a future in teaching. To be considered for the role of Secondary Teaching Assistant, applicants should:
- Have experience working with young people or in educational settings
- Hold a degree or relevant qualification (preferred but not essential)

- Have an Enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one)
