Learning Support Assistant (LSA) required for Beaconsfield-based Secondary School!

A well-established and inclusive Secondary School in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire is welcoming applications for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) role beginning in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dedicated support team within an inclusive educational setting.
The school, located in the heart of Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, is looking for an enthusiastic and engaging LSA who can provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), both in 1:1 and small group settings. The successful candidate will have experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting, and will bring a proactive and nurturing approach to the classroom.
Learning Support Assistant - Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children or young people
- SEN-related qualification (desirable)
- A good understanding of behaviour management and safeguarding practices
- Enhanced DBS Checked (or happy to apply)
- Confidence supporting learners with a range of additional needs
