Special Needs Teaching Assistants - Full-Time Roles in Harrow

Pay: starting at £95 per day for this role (Weekly PAYE)
Contract: Full-Time | Term-Time Only | Full Academic Year
Hours: 8:30am - 3:45pm

Are you looking for a rewarding, full-time role as a Teaching Assistant in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school? SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting compassionate and experienced SEN teaching assistants to join a highly regarded special needs school in Harrow for the new academic year.

About the School:

This modern, inclusive, and well-equipped SEN school supports young people aged 11 to 18 with a range of special needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD)

  • Complex medical and communication needs, including students who use wheelchairs

The school offers a nurturing environment, fantastic training, and a cooperative team ethos, helping every student reach their full potential.

Key Role Details:

  • Full-time positions starting September 2025

  • Working hours: 8:30am-3:45pm, Monday to Friday

  • £95 per day, paid weekly via PAYE (no umbrella fees)

  • Support roles across secondary phase

  • Working 1:1 with a student who is a wheelchair user
