This is a key leadership role within the school's administration team. You will be responsible for overseeing all front-office operations, ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day running of administrative systems and processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating the school's administrative functions.
  • Leading and supporting a team of admin staff, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external stakeholders.
  • Handling student admissions, attendance records, and maintaining accurate school data.
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and statutory school policies.
  • Supporting senior leaders with diary management, meetings, and school-wide communications.
  • Assisting with procurement, budget monitoring, invoicing, and liaison with the finance department.

  • Proven experience in a similar School Administrator or Office Manager role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills.
  • A calm, professional, and approachable manner.
  • Proficiency in school systems such as SIMS, Microsoft Office, and other admin software.
  • A clear understanding of safeguarding, data protection, and financial procedures in a school setting.
