SANZA Teaching (Tradewind's sister agency) is delighted to be supporting a specialist primary school in Brent catering to EYFS pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, developmental delay, and speech & language challenges. This is a highly nurturing and inclusive setting, delivering the National Curriculum through a fully differentiated, creative, and sensory-led approach.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified primary teacher who is either experienced in SEND or looking to transition into a specialist teaching environment. Whether you're EYFS-trained or currently working in mainstream and ready to make that move, this school will welcome and support your growth.

About the School & Role:

🏫 A small, specialist provision within a well-respected SEND trust
👩‍🏫 Teach a single class of 10 EYFS pupils, with high staff-to-pupil ratios
🧠 Pupils present with a range of learning profiles, and learning is adapted accordingly
🧑‍🏫 Dedicated and experienced support staff, including 1:1 TAs and learning mentors
🎨 Use of sensory rooms, outdoor play, communication aids, and creative learning zones
📈 Bespoke training and CPD available for teachers new to the SEND sector
📅 Start in either April or September 2025, based on your availability

Who We're Looking For:

✔️ A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in EYFS and/or SEND
✔️ A caring and patient educator, with a strong focus on inclusion and child development
✔️ Able to work collaboratively with therapists, SENCOs, and parents to support each child
✔️ Confident in planning and delivering individualised and sensory-rich learning activities
✔️ Someone who values play, exploration, and alternative methods of engagement
✔️ Training in SEND, PECs, Makaton, or similar approaches is beneficial but not essential
