Graduate Teaching Assistant - Full-Time - Primary School (EYFS - KS2)

Are you a graduate with a background in Psychology, Education, Care, or Languages? Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a primary school setting?

We are currently recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants for full-time roles across EYFS to KS2 in a dynamic and supportive primary school. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education, working closely with teachers and students while developing your skills in a classroom environment.

The Role:

• Supporting children's learning in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
• Assisting class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Providing targeted interventions for students who need additional support.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing learning environment.
• Supporting children with SEN, EAL, or additional needs to help them reach their full potential.
• Working across different year groups, from Early Years to Key Stage 2.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Languages, or a related field.
• Experience working with children in schools, nurseries, tutoring, or care settings (desirable but not essential).
• A proactive and patient approach with a genuine passion for education.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
