SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be working with a vibrant and inclusive three-form entry primary school in Islington, North London, looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team immediately.

About the Role:

👶 Supporting children in Early Years or Reception, helping to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
🎨 Assisting with play-based learning activities to support children's development.
🧩 Providing 1:1 and small group support, including working with children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
🤝 Collaborating with teachers and staff to ensure all children receive the support they need.
📝 Helping to track progress and provide feedback on children's learning and well-being.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

✅ Have previous experience working with children in Early Years or Reception.
✅ Have experience supporting children with SEND, such as autism, speech and language difficulties, or global developmental delay.
✅ Be passionate, patient, and nurturing, with a genuine enthusiasm for early childhood education.
✅ Be able to work well as part of a team and build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
