Help for Graduates

A lot of the schools we work with are on the lookout for graduates. And the skills that you have acquired throughout your degree make you an ideal candidate for lots of different roles!

From teaching roles to teaching assistant jobs, there are a wide range of opportunities for graduates to take advantage of and we’d love to hear from you!

For everyone that has recently completed a PGCE degree or finished some form of formal teacher training, then we have lots of ECT roles across the UK available for you to take advantage of.

Schools are increasingly requesting recent graduates for their teaching assistant roles, with Psychology grads the most sought after.

The nature of university courses and the experience gained frequently means graduates are well placed to give pupils an array of academic, social and emotional support.

Cover Supervisor roles are an ideal way for you to see if a role as a teacher is something you'd like to pursue.

A Cover Supervisor will provide classroom support when a teacher is away and they are tasked with ensuring that pupils behave and complete pre-prepared work. A graduate is ideal for these roles as they will have some form of subject specialism.
