Inclusion Teaching Assistant
Location: Waltham Forest
Pay: £95-£110 per day
Start Date: September 2026

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Inclusion Teaching Assistant to join an excellent secondary school in Waltham Forest.

Working closely with the Inclusion and SEND teams, you'll support students to overcome barriers to learning and fully participate in school life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with a range of additional needs.
  • Deliver targeted interventions.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and attendance.
  • Build trusting relationships with pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents and support staff.

About You

  • Experience supporting young people is desirable.
  • Calm, empathetic and resilient.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for inclusive education.
