EYFS Teacher - Full Time

Salary: MPS 1-6

Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and nurturing EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and community-focused primary school in Salford from September 2026.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel safe and supported
  • Plan engaging activities that promote early language, communication and social development
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers and external professionals
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and work collaboratively with the Early Years team

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development
  • Be passionate about child-centred learning and inclusive practice
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Be warm, patient and committed to supporting every child's individual needs
  • Work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the school community
