French & German Teacher - Full Time

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated French and German Teacher for a full-time position in the Kettering area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive secondary school with a strong commitment to high-quality language education.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching both French and German across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the ability to inspire students and create engaging, inclusive lessons that promote a love of languages.

The Role:

  • Full-time French and German Teacher

  • Teaching KS3 and KS4 students

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons

  • Monitoring and assessing student progress

  • Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment

  • Working collaboratively with the MFL department and wider school team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching French and German in a secondary school setting

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • A passion for modern foreign languages and student achievement

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
