Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors and Trainee Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Swindon and the surrounding areas.
As a preferred supplier of choice to many secondary schools in Swindon, Tradewind has lots of opportunities available, meaning there's plenty of work for the right candidates!
Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, a graduate or aspiring teacher, a parent returning to work, or someone who has worked with young people in another setting, we'd love to hear from you.

🧑🏫 Your Role:
* Leading pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Keeping students engaged, motivated, and on track with their learning
* Supporting school staff and ensuring smooth continuity in lessons

🎓 Who We're Looking For:
* Experienced Cover Supervisors or those keen to train
* Graduates or individuals considering a career in teaching
* People with experience working with young people in any capacity (youth work, coaching, voluntary roles, parenting, etc.)
* Confident, approachable communicators with a positive, professional attitude
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable individuals

We provide FREE CPD, full training, and ongoing guidance to help you succeed and build confidence in the classroom.

💼 What We Offer:
* Ongoing opportunities 3-5 days per week (term time only)
* Flexible roles to suit your schedule
* Competitive pay depending on experience and role
* Typical annual earnings between £19,500 - £27,300 (based on 39 weeks per year)
