The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive, sales-focused Admissions Officer to join our leading Independent School in Lancashire. This is a crucial role focused on pupil recruitment and managing the end-to-end admissions journey.
The Role You will be the face of the school, building lasting relationships with prospective parents and pupils. You will be responsible for:
Managing all enquiries and ensuring a positive "first impression."
Planning and executing key events: Open Mornings, Taster Days, and Exhibitions.
Reporting recruitment data and trends to the Senior Leadership Team.
Achieving occupancy targets through excellent customer service and follow-up.
What We Are Looking For
Sales Mindset: Proven experience in a customer-facing or recruitment-focused role.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills.
Tech Savvy: Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel is essential); SIMS experience is a plus.
Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for key school events.
