Primary Teacher

Doncaster | Multi-Academy Trust | Flexible Supply Work

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting committed and adaptable Primary Teachers to work on a supply basis across a supportive trust of primary schools in the Doncaster area.

This role is ideal for teachers looking for flexible work while gaining experience across a range of school environments. Opportunities can include day-to-day supply as well as longer-term placements, depending on availability and school requirements.

The Role:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2

  • Follow lesson plans and adhere to school policies

  • Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

  • Adapt confidently to different schools within the trust

  • Maintain strong classroom management and professional standards

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK

  • Has experience teaching in UK primary schools

  • Is flexible, reliable, and confident in new settings

  • Demonstrates effective behaviour management skills

  • Has a genuine passion for supporting pupils' progress and wellbeing
