Primary Teacher

Rotherham | Multi-Academy Trust | Flexible Supply Work

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting dedicated and adaptable Primary Teachers to work on a supply basis across a supportive trust of primary schools in the Rotherham area.

This role is ideal for teachers seeking flexible work while gaining experience across a variety of school settings. Opportunities range from short-term day-to-day cover to longer-term assignments, depending on school needs and your availability.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2

  • Follow lesson plans and uphold each school's policies

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

  • Adapt confidently to different schools within the trust

  • Maintain strong classroom management and professional standards

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK

  • Has experience teaching within UK primary schools

  • Is flexible, reliable, and confident in new environments

  • Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills

  • Is passionate about making a positive impact on pupils' learning
