Primary Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teachers to work on a supply basis across a well-established trust of primary schools in the Chesterfield area.

This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the chance to work within a supportive network of schools. Assignments may range from day-to-day cover to longer-term placements, depending on your availability and preferences.

The Role:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 (depending on experience)

  • Follow school policies and established lesson plans

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Adapt quickly to different school settings within the trust

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and professionally

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK

  • Has experience teaching in UK primary schools

  • Is flexible, reliable, and confident working across different settings

  • Demonstrates strong classroom management skills

  • Has a genuine passion for supporting pupils' learning and development
