A well-established secondary school in Milton Keynes is looking to appoint a committed Mathematics Teacher to join its successful and supportive Maths department. The Role

  • Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with scope to teach KS5 in some cases)

  • Plan and adapt lessons to develop fluency, reasoning, and exam readiness

  • Use effective differentiation to support students of all abilities

  • Work closely with colleagues within a well-organised Maths department

  • Play an active role in the wider school community, including enrichment, STEM activities, or extracurricular Maths opportunities

The Ideal Candidate

  • A qualified Mathematics Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)

  • Secure subject knowledge and confidence teaching GCSE Mathematics

  • A passion for engaging students and making Maths meaningful

  • A reflective and proactive practitioner with strong classroom management

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • ECTs are encouraged to apply, with structured induction and mentoring available
