Job Description

A well-regarded secondary school in Enfield is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support students with their academic progress and engagement in learning.

This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, or anyone looking to gain valuable school-based experience.

Pay: £90 - £105 per day
Contract: Full-time, term-time only | Long-term

Duties include:

  • Supporting students during lessons and intervention sessions
  • Working with pupils who require additional learning support
  • Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and participation

You will need:

  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and supportive approach
