Science Teacher - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Start Date: ASAP / April / September (flexible)
Contract: Full-time/ Part-Time/ Flexible

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a secondary school in Wellingborough to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to deliver engaging Science lessons and support students in achieving strong academic outcomes.

The Role:

  • Teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

  • Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons

  • Assessing, monitoring, and tracking student progress

  • Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and learning

  • Working collaboratively within a supportive Science department

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS (or equivalent UK teaching qualification)

  • Have experience teaching Science in a UK secondary school

  • Be confident teaching Biology, Chemistry, or Physics (specialists welcome)

  • Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Be enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable
