You Will...
- Supervise classes during teacher absence
- Maintain good order and excellent behaviour
- Work with pre-set learning plans
- Support individual students as appropriate
You Will Need...
- Strong classroom management
- Confidence working with diverse learner groups
- An adaptable, solutions-focused mindset
- Fully Enhanced DBS Check (or willing to apply)
