• Sourcing and interviewing education professionals

• Creating market-ready CV profiles

• Increasing placements and revenue alongside senior consultants

• Hitting weekly KPIs and performance milestones

• Earning commission throughout your development

Career Progression

Following your first year, you'll progress to a Sales Desk, receiving advanced training in:

• Business development

• Margin negotiation

• Safeguarding & compliance

• Managing client relationships
