What's in It for You?
Base salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Year 1 OTE: £35,000 - £40,000 (uncapped commission)

Your Role
In your first year, you will:
Source, interview, and place candidates into schools
Build and manage a candidate pipeline
Work closely with sales teams to maximise placements
Hit weekly and monthly KPIs
Earn commission on every successful placement
After graduation from the Impact Academy, you'll move onto a dedicated Sales Desk, focusing on:
Business development
Negotiation and margin control
Account management
Handling objections and difficult conversations
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience (B2B, B2C, telesales, retail, or similar)
A UK driving licence
UK right to work - no sponsorship
A stable, consistent CV demonstrating performance and progression
Confidence, resilience, and a competitive mindset
