  • Base salary: £28,000 - £30,000

  • Year 1 OTE: £35,000 - £40,000 (uncapped commission)

Your Role

In your first year, you will:

  • Source, interview, and place candidates into schools

  • Build and manage a candidate pipeline

  • Work closely with sales teams to maximise placements

  • Hit weekly and monthly KPIs

  • Earn commission on every successful placement

After graduation from the Impact Academy, you'll move onto a dedicated Sales Desk, focusing on:

  • Business development

  • Negotiation and margin control

  • Account management

  • Handling objections and difficult conversations

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience (B2B, B2C, telesales, retail, or similar)

  • A UK driving licence

  • UK right to work - no sponsorship

  • A stable, consistent CV demonstrating performance and progression

  • Confidence, resilience, and a competitive mindset

Hiring Process

  1. Pre-screen call with Talent Manager

  2. Task stage

  3. Interview with Team Manager

  4. Final interview with Managing Director
